Sahayak Humanity Charitable Trust Chairman Vinay Thakur along with Haroon Abass ( SHCT Distt President)  handed over Ayushman Bharat Golden Card to  ill  Patient for free medical health cover under the scheme AB PM-JAY . 

Vinay Thakur, Speaking on the occasion, Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY)  is a flagship scheme of the Indian government's National Health Policy which aims to provide free health coverage at the secondary and tertiary level to its bottom 40% poor and vulnerable population. 
The objective of this scheme is to provide cashless and free health benefits to the entitled beneficiaries. According to the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) 6.30 lakh poor and vulnerable families of Jammu and Kashmir are entitled to it. 

He also lauded the efforts of Haroon Abass  for preparing  Golden card.


Vinay Thakur, on the occasion, said that he has been continuously involved in the procurement and distribution of Golden cards  and stressed that this is one of the scheme that has given direct benefit to the poor and needy population. He also told that Jammu and Kashmir has become the first state to distribute the highest number of golden cards under Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY).
