Ganderbal:Continuing its efforts to reach out the poor and needy people, Police in Ganderbal distributed necessary items, COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Safety Kits among them under civic action programme.
SSP (Senior Superintendent Of Police) Ganderbal Shri Khalil Ahmad Poswal - JKPS along with SDPO (Sub-Divisional Police Officer) Kangan Shri Yasir Qadri - JKPS And SHO (Station House Officer) Kangan held the distribution function at Guest House Kangan. Essential items, COVID-19 (Corona Virus) safety kits which include masks, Sanitizers, Oximeter, Inhalers, Thermometer, Soaps, Face Shield, And other related items were distributed among the poor and needy families falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Kangan. A medical team also participated in the distribution function and performed a detailed demo about how to use these items provided in the kit.
On the occasion, SSP (Senior Superintendent Of Police) Ganderbal said that Ganderbal Police took early initiative on the outbreak of universal Pandemic COVID-19 (Corona Virus) to reach out the poor and needy families especially residing in the far flung areas of this district who were badly affected during COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Lockdown period.
General Public of the Ganderbal area have appreciated the role of Ganderbal Police while tackling pandemic COVID-19 (Corona Virus) from initial stage till now.
