New Delhi :
National Students Union of India deplore Delhi Govt’s and Delhi University’s decision to clear the outstanding salaries of teachers and non teaching members from the Students society fund (SSF) fund.

The SSF fund is made from students college fees which was not utilised due to COVID pandemic. It is unfair and total injustice on students part if this will be used to pay off the outstanding salaries.

Delhi Govt should look out for some other way. This SSF fund cannot be used for paying salaries as this is totally students fund.

NSUI demands cancellation of Delhi Govt order of clearing the outstanding salaries from SSF fund and stand by students rights and welfare.
