Jammu:BJP’s new face in 2014 elections Kavinder Gupta not only stunned the BJP crtics as well as the Political analsysts with a huge win over Congress’s Raman Bhalla who was undeclared winner for many before the elections.
In First Edition of UNT Monthly Magazine, we tried to find out whether BJP’s Kavinder Gupta is leader of People now aswell or Raman Bhalla is gaining his ground again in Largest of all Gandhi Nagar Constituency.
We asked people from almost all the polling stations of the assembly about the performance of the sitting MLA and their next choice for MLA and the results came to our utter surprise. Kavinder Gupta hardly managed to get votes of BJP Activists as even they are divided over selection of Candidate in Next General Elections.
People of the Constituency told UNT that they hardly get to see their MLA, though they appreciated the Congresssman Raman Bhalla who used to visit every corner off and on.
Congressman Raman Bhalla is once again becoming the Prime Choice of the voters of Gandhi Nagar Constituency whereas BJP’s Kavinder Gupta is loosing the ground despite holding the prime position as Speaker of the J&K Assembly.
In UNT Opinion Poll, we project that Congressman Raman Bhalla will win Gandhi Nagar Constituency Seat and could bag a major vote share between 48,000-52,000.
