SKCC thrashed BCC by 19 runs in close tie

Jammu:Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Club (SKCC) registered 19 runs win over Bishnah Cricket Club in a nail biting low scoring friendly match played at sikanderpur ground, here today.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, SKCC led by Aman Cheema set a target of 118 runs in allotted 20 overs. gurpreet singh scored 17 runs, while pankaj khajuria contributed 17 runs and Sumit verma 12 runs to the total.For Bishnah Cricket Club side, Roshan, Santosh, pankaj and ashwani scalped two wicket each .Manik and sachin also took 1 wicket each.
In the second inning, Bishnah Cricket Club players tried their level best to win the match, but could made only 98 runs all out in 18.3 overs. Ankush played a fine inning of 34 runs, while Gourav scored 23 runs. Overcoming the initial loss, bishnah cricket club collected only 18 runs in the power play.
Pankaj khujria displayed good bowling skills and conceded only 18 runs in his 4 over spell. while vikas Manhas took 3 wickets. Jimmy and Shahrukh scalped 2 wickets each. Anil langeh, Anmol manhas Happy singh also took 1 wicket each.
Bishnah cricket club lost their wickets in the middle overs, which turned the match towards SKCC side. Vikas katoch of SKCC was adjudged as Man of the Match for taking 3 wickets.
