In this time of pandemic when government and different institutions have been working on promoting professional assistance to spread awareness/ knowledge for optimal quality of mental health and well being of mankind .
Indian Academy of Health Psychology (IAHP) a professional organization committed to development of professional aspects of health psychology , feels proud to declare the list of 291 eminent, experienced/ trained psychologists from 25 states of India to become an integral part of the Indian Task Force of India Academy of Health Psychology to provide free psychology aid & counselling to public as an assistance in this precarious time of Covid-19( Ministry of Health ,Central Government , New Delhi). The team comprises of many professional experts along with Ms. Jiwanjyot Puri a Counselling Psychologist (MA clinical psychology; Post graduate diploma in Guidance and Counselling Psychology) has been selected to serve as member of Indian Task Force for district Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir. She has been entrusted with the opportunity to provide free psychological counseling to public in assistance to Covid-19. She is none other than our own full time School Counselor at Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua .
All selected members of this team are certified, well-qualified, experienced and trained in their respective fields of work . These Corona Warriors of the team shall be available to help you , assist you throughout these challenging times by removing your doubts/anxiety or concerns or fear by motivating you and making you optimistic for the near future.It goes without say that during this time of pandemic all Indians are prescribed to take precautions and necessary assistance if required and acquire an attitude of a true fighter in spirit, mind and heart to fight against Covid -19 and come out victorious.
