Srinagar:
Appealing Prime Minister Narinder Modi to intervene and help in finding the missing MBBS student Suhail Aijaz, a resident of Marsari Kupwra, AIP Supremo and MLA Lagate Er. Rasheed has expressed his deep sympathy with the families of Liyakat Ali Ktariya who along with his two brothers Mushtaq Ahmad Kataria and Aijaz Ahmad met with an accident near Handwara and two of them succumb and father of the missing student is battling for life at SKIMS. Er. Rasheed today visited families of Liyakat Ali and Mushtaq Ahmad and expressed solidarity with the families. Speaking on the occasion Er. Rasheed said that had the security agencies and the state Govt. shown desired will, yesterday’s incident might not have occurred. He said “The pain of the family whose two members are dead, one is battling for life at SKIMS and another one is missing in Odisa cannot be measured. The state govt. didn’t showed keen interest in persuading Odisa police to trace out the missing MBBS student. The hopes of the far-flung villagers of Marsari   of dreaming a doctor from their locality have been dashed and the entire locality deserves sympathy”. Er. Rasheed appealed PM Narinder Modi and Home Minister Rajnath Singh to feel the pain of the family of the missing student especially when the incident has taken two more precious lives and  father of the missing student is also battling for life.
Er. Rasheed appealed providing special financial package for the family of the deceased and that of the missing youth and said that while future of four families has been destroyed, It is moral obligation of the Gvot. to take due care of the remaining family members. Er. Rasheed on the occasion paid an amount of Rs. 25,000/= out of Joint Effort Trust (JET) for treatment of Mr. Aijaz Kataria, the father of missing student.
