Bandipora:Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary on Thursday said that the matter regarding alleged assault on Kashmiri students has been taken up with the concerned authorities in Chhattisgarh.
He said that matter is being enquired and further details and outcome will be shared.
Kashmiri students undergoing a training programme in Raipur on Thursday alleged that they were attacked by fellow students from Maharashtra and the locals, resulting in injuries to at least four students.
34 students, all belonging to Bandipora district undergoing training at Disha Institute of Management and Technology Raipur said that they were attacked at the canteen of the institute.
